Sewing machine is operated by 2 operators and one adjuster, The latter can operate several technology lines.

Service life of the equipment is not standardized.
Outline of the operation process
Basalt canvas (linen) from the line of the basalt super fine (thin) fiber through the conveyor is fed to the
distributor, from the transversal production line to the supplying conveyor and cutting unit, then to the sewing
machine where the canvas (linen) is stitched and fed to the packing table.
The terms of the equipment production
The production term of the line WPM is 1 month.
Assembling, installation and set-up works take up 1 week.
