Equipment service life

Service life term of the equipment is not standardized.

Outline of the operation process

To the container of water the activated bentonite clay powder is supplied and the fiber in necessary proportions. Ready hydro mass by gravity through the pipeline is supplied to the storage containers where it is constantly mixed by the mixers. From the storage-mixers the hydro mass is supplied to the reception box of the vacuum-filter where the forming of clay-fiber carpet takes place. Formed carpet is supplied to the pressing machine, indicated for attaching advanced physic-mechanical properties, further dehydration of the formed carpet, ultimate calibration and reforming its surface to show it to full advantage. After the press-machine the formed carpet is supplied to the production line dryer. For drying of the cardboard the radiation-convection dryer is used. After dryer the cardboard is supplied to the cutting machine where it's cut according to the set format. Transversal (cross) cutting is done by the blade - cutter which defines the length of the cardboard, and lengthwise (longitudial) cutting is done by 2 knives that cut it to the necessary width. Ready-made product is packed in to the polyethylene packet.
