Equipment description
The line can produce heat and sound insulation slabs (plates) of the grade PMTB-2 (TU 21 USSR321-8) and the PNTB slabs (TU U W 2.7-00294349.056-2000).
The slabs are produced according to the method of hydro mass forming using the basalt super fine (thin) fiber canvas (linen), mineral wool, clay binder and hydro phobyzer or without it.
For the slab production the following materials are used:
The line for the basalt slab production is operated by the team of 4 men. The operators control the drying process of the ready-made slabs as well.
Operating routine is by shifts.
Equipment service life
Service life of the equipment is fulfilled with not significant current repairs.
Outline of the operation process
The basalt fiber, mineral wool, binder (bentonite clay), necessary portions of water are fed to the reactor.
Ready-made in the reactor hydro mass is pumped to the plant for slab formation.
Formation, pressing and the vacuumizing of the slab are fulfilled in the press.
Formed slabs are stowed at the trolley, which is taken to the tunnel type drying chamber
The terms of the equipment production
The production term of the BSTV plant is 3 months.
Assembling, installation and set-up works take 1.0 -1.5 monhs.
