The personal qauntity

The BTV production plant is operated by two operators per shift. Working hours of the furnace are non-stop, usage standard is 350 days per year. In every shift there should operate a technical adjuster, an operator, and a mechanic operator. Adjuster and mechanic operator operate several plant at once.

Equipment service life

Term of equipment service life (to change of refractories) is 3 months.

Replacement of quickly worn-out details and components is done without significant time and money expenditure.

Outline of the operation process

Initial raw material for the BTV production is the basalt crushed rock with fraction size 40-70 mm.

The crushed rock gets into the melting furnace under the temperature 1400 -1500°С

Formed melted streams are fed to the blowing heads where compressed air blows them into the staple fibers.

At the exit an operator takes out ready-made products - fine fiber BTV

The terms of the equipment production

Term of production of the equipment is 2-2,5 months.

Assembling,, installation and start-up works take up 1,0 month.
